By placing an order on www.shopsaintjo.com, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase. These terms govern all transactions with SAINT Jō and ensure transparency and clarity regarding payments, shipping, returns, and legal rights.

1. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
SAINT Jō reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability).

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders cannot be modified after they are placed.

3. Shipping Policy

SAINT Jō ships within the U.S.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

4. Returns & Exchanges

First-time customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, even if the product is gently used. One-time only.
Repeat customers may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Opened or used products from repeat purchases are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Cancellations

To maintain fast and efficient shipping, all orders begin processing immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. For assistance, please contact support@shopsaintjo.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.

7. Product Disclaimer

All SAINT Jō skincare and supplement formulas are made with clean, plant-based ingredients. However, individual results may vary.
We recommend patch testing before use and consulting your healthcare provider before taking supplements- especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAINT Jō is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or inability to access our site or services.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Purchase at any time. Continued use of the site or placing orders after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
